Victor Lonzo Fleming (n. 23 februarie 1889, Pasadena, California] – d. 6 ianuarie 1949, Cottonwood, Arizona) a fost un regizor american de film.
Sub regizarea sa, Vivien Leigh a câștigat premiul Oscar pentru cea mai bună actriță (în multi-premiatul Pe aripile vântului – 1939), Hattie McDaniel a câștigat premiul Oscar pentru cea mai bună actriță în rol secundar iar Olivia De Havilland a fost nominalizată pentru premiul Oscar.
