Thomas Andrew Felton (născut pe 22 septembrie 1987, în Epsom, Marea Britanie) este un actor britanic, cunoscut pentru rolul său iconic din seria Harry Potter, dar și pentru cariera sa muzicală, în timpul liber.
Thomas s-a născut în Epsom și este cel mai mic dintre cei patru frați: Jonathan, Chris și Ashley. În prezent, are un câine pe nume Willow. În copilărie, a fost implicat în patru coruri, începând cu cel al bisericii, unde a cântat de la vârsta de 7 ani. De asemenea, a fost pasionat de pescuit încă de la 11 ani.

A studiat la Școala Cranmore din West Horsley și la Școala Howard of Effingham din Surrey, unde a continuat să-și cultive pasiunile pentru muzică și actorie.
Felton a arătat din copilărie un talent natural pentru actorie și muzică. La vârsta de 10 ani, a fost încurajat de o actriță prietenă a familiei să participe la un casting. La doar două săptămâni după audiție, a obținut un rol în filmul The Borrowers (Hoții).
A devenit faimos la nivel mondial pentru rolul său ca Draco Malfoy în seria Harry Potter, unde a interpretat fiul lui Lucius Malfoy, membru al unei familii nobile și susținător al maleficului Lord Voldemort.
